HQTS has been an incredible partner during our production process. They are our eyes throughout the in-line production and I can really trust they will catch all defects and report back. I was very impressed with how qualified their QC personnel is; our products are quite technical, but they are able to understand the design to catch all defects. They also send very impressive comprehensive reports that make the production process completely transparent. They work with the factory to fix the issues and help push production along. Our designated account manager Jo and her team have been amazing to work with and very quick to reply to our inquiries. They make for a great addition to our production team! We will continue using their services for our future productions.
